Store Policies(1) RETURN PROCEDURERubber City Clothing proudly stands behind all of our products and will gladly exchange your item or provide a store credit if applicable within 30 days from date of purchase. Please note that RCC Mens, Womens, Kids, Pets or Underwear that are CUSTOM-PRINTED cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to high shipping costs there are no returns/exchanges on international orders. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. To exchange or obtain a store credit for any other RCC item purchased within 30 days of email request: 1. Please send an email to info@RubberCityClothing.com notifying us of your desire to exchange/return. We also need: - Your name (the name of the person who placed the order, if different) 2. Place the item(s) in a box with all tags still in place (we cannot accept anything that has been worn or washed) and ship back to RCC using a trackable, insured method (all carriers now provide this option). We are not responsible for packages we do not ship. For this reason, we highly recommend you insure your package. Insuring your package will provide you with recourse in the event that it is lost in transit. Always obtain a tracking number. RCC does not accept any packages COD (cash / check on delivery). 3. Once we receive the package, we will get in contact and provide an exchange or a store credit for the cost of the goods. Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. (2) PRINTINGRCC only prints on new, blank apparel. Unless previously arranged, we don't print on apparel supplied by customers. |
