Online orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, though custom orders can sometimes take slightly longer. You can check your order status, as well as print an invoice, on RCC's online-order status page.

However, if your answer is not there please contact us by email at info@rubbercityclothing.com, or call us during business hours at (330) 434-4722. If calling after hours, please leave a voice mail and we'll get in touch the next business day.

RCC's retail store hours are Monday - Wednesday 11a-6p, Thursday - Saturday 11a-7p and we're closed on Sunday. We're located at 18 N. High Street in Downtown Akron
